7 Casa Berardi and Estrades Mistango Acquires Former Estrades Deposit to add to its Casa Berardi land package. The Estrades deposit is located on the south east corner of our land package. In 2006 a independent NI a compliant resource estimate was completed on the main zone by Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle, and the resources in the central zone were estimated in the course of a feasibility study completed in 2008 by GENIVAR. Results are as follows Zone tonnes %Zn %Cu %Pb g/t Au g/t Ag Main 560, Central 148, Total 709, Mistango now controls approx: 3,967 hectares and is 9km east of the Casa Berardi break corridor and is located 22 km east of Hecla s producing Casa Berardi mine. 9 Sackville and Aldina Projects Mistango is going to start up a geochemical and drilling campaign on these properties this spring. Mistango has done extensive investigation in the location of high grade VMS boulders found in the area in the early 1990 s. After several IP surveys and geochem sampling we have uncovered some very positive and interesting targets that line up with the known ice flow from the area. We plan on starting as early a June 2014 Hope to drill at least 5 holes on selected targets. October 2012 CNSX: MIS 9

16 Omega Project Past Producer 1.5 Million tons grading oz/t Au was mined in the 1940 s 1980 s exploration by Lenora Explorations (now Mistango River Resources) located large areas of near surface gold mineralization, holds the possibility for open pit mining Average overburden depth of only 24 ft From 60 ft to ft: 0.10 oz/t Au over 53.5 ft (including oz/t Au over 9 ft) Current Exploration: Deep hole : OM-11-11, metres of g/t Au (42.47 ft of oz/t Au) Open Pit Area : OM-11-34, 24 metres of g/t Au (78.7 ft of oz/t Au) Excellent potential at depth and for near surface open pit mining The Omega deposit and the old omega mine have the same alteration assemblages as the old Kerr-addison mine. The Kerr produced approx. 11 million ounces( AMC Mining) Contains 2 shafts with access to the 1,500-ft level NI report completed. 17 Infrastructure of Omega High voltage power already in place Open railroad runs through north side of property Major highway at south side of property (Hwy 66) Mine site is 3 km east of Larder Lake, home to many of northern Ontario s miners There are 2 shafts in the property: existing 1,500 ft winze to 2000 ft Existing tailings pond contains 2,595 oz Au (Lac Mining estimate) Presently signed a M.O.U with United Commodity A.G. The Inferred and Indicated Mineral Resource estimate, at cut-offs of 0.5 g/t Au for mineralization above an elevation of 130 m above sea level (masl), representing openpit potential and for a cut-off of 3 g/t Au below 130 masl, representing underground potential is set out in the table below.
