1 WAVENET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ABN Wavenet International is an exploration company with a portfolio of coal tenements in Queensland as well as gold and polymetallic concessions in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Update In Queensland a maiden Inferred Coal Resource was completed on EPC2044 at Gayndah. Approximately 79 million tonnes exceeding 6000 kcal/kg has been identified. The coal has high ash content but initial recovery tests indicate that about 24 by volume can be recovered as a market product. Selaup Gold Project, West Kalimantan showed gold within epithermal vein systems in sediments and andesite intrusives. Geological logging reveals repeated sulphiderich zones and altered andesite sills. A review of all exploration data has concluded that the hard rock mineralization at Selaup is very localized and sporadic and does not provide sufficient tonnage to justify an open pit mining project. Sintang Gold Project, West Kalimantan is within sediments and andesite/ diorite intrusions. Soil sampling revealed many gold anomalies, with some assays returning up to 1.68 g/t Gold. Mapping is continuing in order to identify drill targets and to assess the alluvial potential. Due to the high ash content in core, samples were sent for recovery tests to Recycoal Ltd in UK. Current results indicate that about 24 is recoverable and a standard coal product can be obtained by minimal upgrading processes. Exploration is continuing in the Gayndah area and Exploration Permit application EPC2265 (located immediately west of EPC2044 coal resource area) has now been granted. Selaup Gold Project Drilling has confirmed that mineralisation appears to be confined to the sandstones where fractures and faults contain elevated levels of gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc. A review of all exploration data has concluded that the hard rock mineralization at Selaup is very localized and sporadic and does not provide sufficient tonnage to justify an open pit mining project. A portion of the northdraining alluvial area at Selaup is prospective over about 1.5 kilometres in length but the returned grades do not justify an economic alluvial mining project at this stage. Sintang Gold Project The mapping program continued around the location of gold anomalies in the western part of the tenement over an area about 6.5 kilometres by 4.25 kilometres in size VM FC HGI

2 Sampling of the alluvial systems is also being completed so that potential for economic mineralisation can be evaluated. DETAILS GAYNDAH COAL PROJECT, QUEENSLAND Coal seams have been intersected on EPC 2044 in several boreholes described by Pacific Coal in 1980 at depths ranging from 44 to 148 metres below surface and varying in thickness from 0.4 to 3.0 metres. In this area the coalbearing Lower Triassic Gayndah Beds overly a Lower Palaeozoic (DevonianCarboniferous Esk Province) sequence represented by greywacke, siltstone and shale with some andesites and cherts. There are also Tertiary basalts resting unconformably on both sequences. The Inferred Coal Resource for EPC 2044 has been estimated with due process and adherence to standard resource estimation procedures by a Competent Person as detailed by the 2004 edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code). It was completed using RC chips and diamond drill core and interpreted from geological sections. The interpreted coal seam outlines were digitised on screen in Surpac software and wireframes generated for triangulations. The volumes were interpolated within those wireframe shapes strictly with reference to seam roof and floor locations. Assays for the diamond drill holes indicate that coal seams have mean GCV values in the range 6100 to 6384Kcal/kg with an average of 6242 Kcal/kg. The limited drill coverage means that the deposit has been placed in the Inferred Coal Resource category. The coal is classified as a high ash, dry subbituminous type. 3 RC Holes MD1 to MD30 and Diamond Drill holes DDH1 to DDH5 were completed on EPC2044 and form the basis of the estimation. 4 SELAUP PROJECT The Selaup Project is situated approximately 50 km southwest of Putussibau, in the Kapuas Hulu district of northern part of West Kalimantan Province. The geological setting of the area comprises stratigraphic units and structures that have been conducive for the formation of oxide and primary gold mineralization. There are several shafts and adits into the hillsides and several subhorizontal veins are being mined. The waste dumps around the workings contain galena, arsenopyrite, pyrite and minor chalcopyrite. Drilling to date has proven that the geology is more complex than initially understood and that several faults oriented approximately NorthSouth displace the andesite and sediment units up to 200m in the vertical plane. The presence of horst and graben structures (faultbounded uplifted and downthrown blocks) suggests that there is a strong structural control on the location of mineralization. Detailed mapping and exploration drilling of the artisanal mining area has confirmed that mineralization occurs in flatlying clay horizons through sandstones as well as in steeper structures, probably inclined faults, orientated on a NWSE strike confined within the NS graben faults. Drill holes 12SD22 and 12SD24 were completed to test fault zones thought to be conduits responsible for mineralising the artisanal gold mining area. The recovered core intersected several cataclastic breccia zones showing strong sericite and quartz hydrothermal alteration with minor pyrite. Assays indicate that these zones of structural disruption are not mineralised. A review of all the drilling and rock chip data has been completed. It was concluded that the hard rock mineralisation is localised, inconsistent and poorly developed. There appears to be insufficient tonnage of mineralised material to justify the expense of open pit operations. An alluvial mapping program was completed and 190 samples have been collected from the alluvial deposits in the drainage system in the western half of the concession. Approximately 75 samples showed visible gold during panning (39.7). The main area of interest is in the northwestern part of the concession where assay results from Intertek Laboratory, Jakarta confirmed grades of between 0.10 g/m 3 and 1.98 g/m 3 with an average of 0.44 g/m 3. An assessment of the economic potential for alluvial mining was completed for this area and it was concluded that the grades and potential tonnage do not justify an alluvial mining project at this stage. SINTANG PROJECT The Sintang Project is situated approximately 250km east of Pontianak, in the Sintang Regency of the central part of West Kalimantan Province. The geological setting of the area comprises stratigraphic units and structures that have been conducive for the formation of oxide and primary gold and silver mineralization. The Sintang Project also has excellent indications of polymetallic mineralization from the exploration work so far completed. The reconnaissance work confirmed that goldbearing ores were present within an epithermal mineralizing environment throughout the area of workings. As a result of a geochemical survey using a 400m grid over the entire concession geochemical anomalies for gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, arsenic and barium were identified. This indicated several zones of coincident metallic anomalies, particularly on the western part of the concession and formed the basis for ongoing target definition. Target areas have been identified for detailed mapping of the gold and copper anomalies. The first mapping area is 6.5 by 4.25 kilometres (over 27 square kilometres) in area. Mapping and sampling work is currently ongoing and is being completed by contract geologists. CORPORATE Wavenet held its Annual General Meeting on the 29th of November 2013 and the results were announced to the market on that day. The company directors remain unchanged with Mr. Holyoak being reelected in accordance with the board rotation policy.

5 Comment It is common practice for a company to comment on and discuss its exploration in terms of target size and type. In addition surface sampling assays and drill sample results may also be discussed in the context of information describing the presence of anomalous mineral content. The above information relating to an Exploration Target should not be misunderstood or misconstrued as an estimate of Mineral Resources or Mineral Reserves. Hence the terms Resource (s) or Reserve(s) have not been used in this context. The potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature, since there has been insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource. It is uncertain if further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource. Declaration The information in this statement that relates to Exploration Results, Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves is based on information compiled by independent consulting geologist Brian Davis who is a Member of The Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
