3 Chita Valley Project General Observations San Juan Province is the largest producer of precious and base metals in Argentina, primarily from the prolific El Indio belt. MSA has consolidated seven properties (Brechas Vacas, Chita, Minas de Pinto, Brechas Vacas Oueste, Chita Norte, Chita Sur and Chita Este) into the Chita Valley Project. Mineral rights cover some 174 square kilometers of highly prospective terrain at elevations under 3,700m ASL. The Chita Valley exploration project is primarily an early stage prospect with widespread indications of Cu+/-Mo+/-Au+/-Ag mineralization associated with a large Miocene age porphyry/diatreme breccia/epithermal vein complex. The various mineralization styles are subdivided into zones of surface oxidation, followed by secondary or supergene enrichment at depth and finally by primary or hypogene mineralization. Historically (mid-1960 s to 2011), several core and reverse circulation drilling campaigns have been completed, with a cumulative total of about 10,700m. Little systematic exploration completed. The area exhibits a variety of overlapping styles of alteration, veining and mineralization. These enigmatic features indicate an extended temporal range of magmatic activity and potentially multiple stages of mineralization. The large size of the property package coupled with the complexity of mineralization styles indicates a clear need for a careful and systematic approach to target definition. Minsud s exploration program represents a balance between systematic multidisciplinary exploration and prudent use of limited funding in a poor financial market. The Chita South sector is the first area of concentrated drilling and is nearing the major milestone of Resource Estimation. 3

6 Chita Valley Project - Highlights 170 Km 2 land position for exploring in a mining friendly province like San Juan, Argentina. 14,050 m drilled with immediate potential for a resource estimation. 2,800 and 3,500 meters elevation. 35 kms away from Bellavista, Dto Iglesia, is all season accessible by 4 x4 vehicle in less than an hour. All season water supply on the Property; Excellent logistic facilities and service from nearby locations; Excellent relationship with local population; The Agua Negra, 14 km road tunnel connecting Chile s Coquimbo province with the Argentine province of San Juan is now under construction, and Power line to the Yamana Gualcamayo Project 30 kms away from the Project. 7 Chita Valley Project Proposed Exploration Expenditures A proposal is made that concentrates on the most advanced target (Chita South Porphyry) while maintaining momentum in other Chita Valley targets (Chinchillones & Chita North). Chita South Porphyry: Stages I & II completed surface mapping and sampling plus historical drilling results justified Stage III drilling program. Two drilling programs in 2014 lay groundwork to complete initial Stage III resource estimation. Approximately 80% of available exploration funds for 2015 would be dedicated to outline plus definition drilling and related studies to complete Stage IV resource estimate. Chita North: Stages I & II completed. Target possibilities at depth and beneath surficial cover. Single drill hole in third quarter 2014 encounters promising Cu-Ag-Au values. Stage III drilling program justified. Approximately 5% of available exploration funds would be dedicated to outline drilling during Chita South campaign. Chinchillones Complex: Stages I & II completed. Intriguing target possibilities surface mapping/ sampling, 2014 detailed magnetic survey and historical drilling results justify Stage III drilling program. Approximately 5% of available exploration funds would be dedicated to outline drilling during Chita South campaign. Other Target Areas: Minas de Pinto and Placetas Porphyry, Stages I and II completed. Additional work justified but deferred to future period. 7

8 Chita South Porphyry Sector Exploration Progress The historical DGFM and 2011 Minsud drilling are both instrumental to understanding the porphyry/epithermal mineralization model. Historical DGFM and mapping and geochemical studies are similarly important. Based on geological mapping/prospecting and geochemical data the southwestern marginal part of the Chita South porphyry shows promise in terms of host rocks (i.e. the early mineralization and inter mineral porphyries with A, B and D-type veinlets. This sector coincidently also has the highest vein concentrations and Cu geochemistry values in the Chita South channel. A 6 hole, 1,122 meter diamond drilling program in May 2014 tested targets identified during the systematic multidisciplinary exploration program conducted in the sector in 2013 and more detailed work conducted in the first quarter of The drill holes tested a substantial zone of Cu-Ag-Mo-Au mineralized multi-stage vein systems and hydrothermal breccias in the southeastern border zone of the sector. All 6 holes intersected substantial core lengths of mineralization at relatively shallow depth beneath the zone of surficial weathering and oxidation. A 19 hole, 2,190.1 meter HQ diamond drilling program in September 2014 continued testing the southwestern border zone of the sector. Highlights are broad sections including 60 meters averaging 0.59% Cu, 6.90 g/t Ag, 0.035% Mo and 0.07 g/t Au and 54 meters averaging 0.66% Cu, 0.90 g/t Ag, 0.005% Mo and 0.10 g/t Au. Another exciting intersection is 10 meters core length (approx. 5 meters true thickness) averaging 2.72% Cu, g/t Ag, 0.84 g/t Au. Minsud plans to investigate the commercial possibilities for processing and recovering the key metals beginning with mineralogical, petrological and ore characterization tests (in progress) on representative samples followed by bench-scale process testwork as warranted. At the same time an outline drilling plan is recommended to further delimit the deposit and evaluate the grade distribution of the mineralization. Also the Company plans to commission a NI Technical Report that will include a first stage resource estimate. 8

16 Ongoing Exploration Strategy/Timelines, Chita South Porphyry. 1. Q to Q1 2015: Metallurgical/Mineral Processing preliminary evaluation. A necessary precursor to completing an initial resource estimate. 2. Q1 2015: NI Technical Report including initial resource estimate. 17 Chita North Porphyry Sector Multiple Target Setting The Chita North Porphyry Sector is the northern half of the Chita Porphyry/Epithermal system. The main difference between the two sectors is the north has substantially less bedrock exposure and historical drilling than the south. Systematic lithological and alteration mapping and surface sampling was completed during the latter part of 2012 and A single drill hole in the September 2014 program, stratigraphic Drill Hole PNO14-01 intersected three zones of anomalous Au, Ag and Cu.
