9 Geology and Alteration Las Hediondas and El Indio are located in zones of equivalent alteration and occur in similar structural settings. Hence, they are metallo-tectonically comparable.

10 Exploration Model Las Hediondas yields copper, gold and silver mineralization which are of increasing economic interest world-wide. According to the presented background information and field observations, the exploration target is a large disseminated hydrothermal deposit similar to Chuquicamata or Pascua-Lama. 20 Management Luis Javier Guerrero V., Guayaquil, Ecuador - President, CEO and Director Mr. Guerrero studied Architecture at the University of Guayaquil until he emigrated to Canada in In 1981, he founded manufacturing company Spa-Mex Imports with manufacturing facilities in Saltillo, Mexico. Also in 1981, he partnered with Fili Tech Group to manufacture pre- fabricated houses in third world countries. In 1984, he entered the mining industry in Ecuador and, in 1991, he held the position of Vice-President of the public company, Ecuador Gold. Currently, he is the President and owner of Global Minerals Corp. and an active investor in many public mining companies. Harold S. McNamara, Toronto, Canada Secretary, Treasurer and Director Mr. McNamara is a private investor, with particular reference to the mining industry. He is an Economics graduate of The University of New Brunswick with an early career in the construction industry on major projects in South America, Central America, Canada, USA, Australia and the Caribbean. He was an entrepreneur in a tire retail and re-manufacturing business, which was ultimately sold to Helix Investments. He was also Canadian President for an Allstate Venture Capital-owned company.

21 Exploration Team Nester Lopez O., La Serena, Chile Consulting Geologist. Mr. Lopez is an independent geologist, responsible for locating and directing the Las Hediondas property to Nexindio. He has a lengthy career as a geologist with tenures with Codelco (Corporación Nacional del Cobre, the Chilean Stateowned copper mining company) and Antofagasta plc, two of the largest Chilean and world copper producers. Galen S. McNamara, B.Sc., Sudbury, Canada. Mr. McNamara holds a BSc in geology from Laurentian University and is currently enrolled in the MSc program at that University. He has experience in VMS, IOCG, uranium, gold and porphyry-copper systems at both the resource development and grassroots levels.
