( TRI ) was incorporated in 2010 by a team of geoscience and finance professionals to acquire well situated, sizeable land positions in areas of significant mineral exploration potential in Ontario and Quebec. Russell Kwiatkowski, Director An avid and successful gold prospector and mineral exploration property optionor with 45 years of experience. Along with his son Derrick, Russell received the 2004 Discovery of the Year Award from the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association for the Larose Project. Russell has recently been working closely with the First Nations, Lac des Mille Lacs Band and the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development to develop a template prospectors Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate relationships between First Nations and mining companies. In 2015, Russell was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding work and continuous dedication to prospecting in Northwestern Ontario. Rudolf Wahl, Director A seasoned prospector who has been constantly in search of new mineral discoveries during the past 24 years. His prospecting tenacity has continuously resulted in significant new findings in the Marathon Hemlo Mining Camp. In 2012, Rudy was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association and in 2015 received the Bernie Schneider s Discovery of the Year Award for his discovery of Niobium in the Thunder Bay region. 6 Dr. Colin Bowdidge Geologist (Advisor) Has worked in mineral exploration for over 40 years, primarily in Canada. Instrumental in the discovery of the Olden wollastonite deposit in southeast Ontario and has been involved in the discovery and/or development of several mines. Has served as a director and/or officer of several publicly traded mining and exploration companies including Greenstone Resources Ltd. Has a M.A. degree in mineralogy and petrology from the University of Cambridge and a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Edinburgh. Dr. Mary Louise Hill Geologist (Advisor) An accomplished field geologist with experience gained over the past 40 years in the Canadian Shield, the U.S. Appalachians, the Canadian Cordillera and the Canadian Arctic. Professor of Geology at Lakehead University. Executive and board experience. Serves on the Board of Directors for the PDAC and Women in Mining Canada. Has a Ph.D. in Geology from Princeton University. Dr. Martin G. Tuchscherer Geologist (Advisor) Professional geologist with 15 years of experience working as a senior project geologist for both junior exploration and major mining companies.
