Varities like Megha in tomato, Dhanraj in drumstick, Suvasini in curry leaf, Vikram in sweet potato, Kufri Puckraj of potato and DWD-3 in coriander for transitional zone of Karnataka, These varities have gained popularity in Karnataka and other states. Standardized True Potato Seed (TPS) Technology a novel method for cultivation of potato in rainfed vertisols of Karnataka. Developed new drumstick verity KDM-01 (Bhagya) which has revolutionized drumstick production in Karnataka.
