3 Corporate Shawn Khunkhun - CEO / Director Shawn Khunkhun has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets and mineral exploration and development sector. As President and CEO, Mr. Khunkhun is involved in the company's marketing, financing and corporate development. Andy Randell P.Geo - VP Exploration Vancouver based geologist with nearly 20 years of experience from Europe, South and North America across a variety of commodities. He was recognized by the Canadian Institute of Mining in 2016 when he was awarded the Bedford Young Mining Leaders Award for his work. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Mineral Exploration (AME). Directors Adrian Fleming Adrian Fleming is a professional geologist with over 40 years of technical and executive experience with exploration and development stage mining companies. He was the co-founder and president of Underworld Resources from Mr Fleming led the team which made the discovery and defined the maiden resource of the million-ounce White Gold deposit, located in the White Gold district, Yukon. The project was subsequently acquired by Kinross in 2010 for $138M. Adrian was a founding Director of Northern Empire Resources which was acquired by Coeur Mining for $117M. Susan Neale Susan Neale is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate transactions, public markets and in-depth accounting and auditing, working with mineral exploration, development and operating companies in Canada and throughout the world. Ms. Neale is currently the Chief Financial Officer of IDM Mining, (TSX.V:IDM), IDM currently hold a 14% stake in Strikepoint. Management & Directors Mark Gelmon - CFO Mr. Gelmon obtained his chartered accountant designation in 1995 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. Mr. Gelmon has provided his expertise to several TSX Venture Exchange listed companies in the capacity of director, chief financial officer and consultant. 5 The project sits adjacent to the town of Stewart in northwestern British Columbia, and is serviced by year-round paved highways from Terrace, Prince George and Vancouver. Stewart is a deep-water, ice-free port with loading a facilities on the Portland Canal. 7 The Willoughby Project The Willoughby Project saw 58 diamond drill holes between 1989 and 1995; a total of 4,625 meters drilled, defining mineralization over a one kilometer strike length. In 2008 a NI Technical Report was completed by Bonterra for the property. 8 Key geological similarities to the nearby Red Mountain Mine (IDM Mining / Ascot): Mineralization found along contact of Jurassic-aged Goldslide Intrusives and Hazelton Group mudstones. High occurrence of sulphide material, including pyrite with zones of sericite-carbonate altered rocks. Geological understanding in the area is rapidly developing and being used to discover new zones, primarily with knowledge about structural controls such as folded strata. The Willoughby Project Red Mountain has a NI mineral resource estimate of 1,827,900 tonnes of measured resources grading 8.92 grams per tonne gold and 943,400 tonnes of indicated resources grading 5.95 grams per tonne gold for a total of 704,600 ounces of gold combined (June 2018 Resource Update by Arsenault / Hamilton). Acquisition of Willoughby Project from Sojourn Exploration comes with extensive historical database, including geochemical, drilling logs and geophysical surveys that StrikePoint will unite into a model for the first time.

9 The Porter Project - Then Porter is the site of several historical silver mines from the early 1900 s, the Porter-Prosperity and Silverado Mines. These are two kilometers apart on the east and west flanks of Mount Rainey respectively, and it is assumed that the systems are connected under the peak. A historical resource published in 2014 was calculated using results from 1980 s work by Teck on two of the five known veins at Porter (the D- and Prosperity Veins ): 2km between workings, theoretically structurally connected 2km between Stewart and Silverado Silverado Prosperity Porter The Porter Project Stewart Significant potential exists at Porter through: Drilling the Angelo, Wake and Blind Veins at Porter to enable an updated resource calculation Proving a connection between the Porter and Silverado vein systems, resulting in an additional two kilometers of mineralized strike. Discovering new veins to the west and east through the acquisition of the Handsome Jack Property.

10 The Porter Project Now & Into the Future 4,304 meters of diamond drilling completed by StrikePoint Gold in Results have proven up historical numbers from the D-Vein and also shown that the Blind Vein (currently not included in the resource) has potential. Rethinking the geological model and moving away from the previous idea of five steeply dipping, parallel vein systems. Work in 2018 is showing the folding is present in the area, and that mineralization seems to be following large bowlshaped structures. This is not unprecedented in the area as the nearby Premier Mine has a similar style of mineralization. The Porter Project New model increases possibility of finding new veins to the all around the site, many of which are in previously unexplored areas due to historical ice cover, large volumes of which have retreated in the past decade. Curved veins as opposed to flat, steeply dipping veins also account for why Teck missed intervals in their 1980 s underground drill campaign. New mineralization discovered at surface in 2018 correlates with this model and strengthens the theory that the Porter and Silverado systems are connected and continuous.

These are shallow dipping on the southern limb ( flat veins ) and become Veins in south dip shallowly to northeast H P B D W A Grab: 8,900 g/t Ag, steep through the Porter-Silverado system. Grab: 9,500 g/t Ag, 2.6g/t Au Surface grab samples have grades that are in line with the ore zone assays and mineralogy.
