The resource has been drilled from surface to +800 metres with drill holes ending in mineralization. 18 KNIGHT PROJECT HISTORY Knight Project assets were acquired for a fraction of their past & future value 2014, Knight Land package was acquired at a +$21M valuation. +$13M was spent by previous owner ( ) on exploration and development on Minto, Duggan and Tyrenite. 2011, Hunter Dickinson agreed to spend $43M for 69% of what are now Orefinders Knight Project assets 2010, Franco Nevada invested $1.5M in Creso at $1.06 per share. Creso had ~69M shares outstanding for an implied valuation of +$73M s, Robert Cudney s Tyranex Gold s investment of $5M worth of exploration to gain a 50% interest in the Tyrenite Mine This value applies solely to the Tyrenite Mine and predates modern Minto or Duggan drilling. 18
