MASSIVE SULPHIDE COPPER-GOLD-SILVER-(COBALT) First discovery of this type in this belt by Romios at Atim Lake North in Analogous to the old Mattabi Mine, 320 km to the south (18.6 MT of Cu-Zn-Pb-Ag-Au ore) and the Singhbhum Copper Belt in India ( % Cu). 2. MUSSELWHITE STYLE GOLD-IN-BANDED IRON FORMATION Property covers ~8 km of the same BIF that hosts the Musselwhite Gold Mine (>6 M oz Au) 18 km to the south. Largely unexplored. 3. SHEAR ZONE GOLD High grade narrow shear zones, up to 38 oz/t Au in grab samples, located at basalt-porphyry contacts. Very localized exploration 20 years ago. Analogous to numerous gold camps including Yellowknife camp, NWT, Red Lake and Beardmore-Geraldton, Ontario, etc. 4

LUNDMARK-AKOW LAKE PROJECT Something unexpected 3 metres of Tourmalinite-rich sericite schists with Tour-Chalcopyrite Veins DDH 436m. 1.3% Cu, 0.3 g/t Au Black Tourmalinite Chalcopyrite- Pyrrhotite Veins Tourmalinite is very fine-grained massive tourmaline, and is part of the hydrothermal systems that formed large ore bodies like the Sullivan Mine in BC and the Singhbhum Copper Belt in India. 13

DDH 98-11: Ended in >12m of sediments..with garnet-staurolite DDH 98-13: Ended in >4m of mafic volcanics..with 50% garnets Proposed Work: Humus sampling. Ground Mag. Examine old core for signs of 4E, 4EA, 4F. Drill test any significant gold-in-humus anomalies. DDH 98-8: Ended in >18m of sediments..with garnets to 2cm and green alteration 32

Part of the same suite that is close in age to gold mineralization at Musselwhite, formed during D2 deformation. Location within a major bend in the belt may open up pressure shadows for Au deposition. Similar structural setting to San Antonio Mine, Manitoba. 36 PROPOSED WORK VMS TARGETS 1. Airborne EM-Mag (VTEM) survey of new claims. 2. Selected HLEM-MAG survey lines at Atim Lake North and Lundmark Lake along strike from the discovery hole plus the 4-5 EM targets on the new cell claims to pinpoint conductors in the field. 3. Down-hole geophysical surveys should be undertaken on drill holes RGR-17-1 and RGR Geological mapping and lithogeochemical sampling to define stratigraphy better, outline alteration zones and vectors towards ore. 5. Diamond drilling at 1. Atim Lake North: Nine holes spaced 100m apart vertically and horizontally from the discovery hole, total of ~2,275m. 2. Lundmark Lake: One initial short hole in the centre of each of the 5 EM conductors. 500m. 3. If a worthwhile down-hole geophysical response is detected from hole RGR-16-2 this should be drill tested with one hole. 500m. 4. Northwest Extension cell claims: 2-4 holes in the best EM conductors after evaluation by mapping, HLEM and soil sampling m. BUDGET Field work plus Airborne: $242,000 Diamond drilling: Approx. ~$300.m. COST: $1,260,000 TOTAL 2018 BUDGET: $1,502,000 36

37 PROPOSED WORK GOLD-IN-BANDED IRON FORMATION 1. Re-map the known BIF outcrops between 1300N and 4900N. 2. Examine all available core from past drilling through this BIF for signs of silicate facies BIF ( 4E, 4EA, 4F ). 3. Evaluate magnetic profiles over the BIF to locate magnetite dominant portions. 4. Any portions of the outcropping or previously drilled BIF that are shown to have a silicate facies and/or magnetite dominant member should be mapped and prospected in detail, and covered by a humus sampling survey where appropriate. 5. A series of 5-10 short ( m) holes should be drilled through portions of the main BIF between 1700S and 1300N that the geophysics indicates are the most magnetite-rich and/or where humus sampling has returned anomalous gold values. Drilling is also recommended in portions of the BIF where the silicate facies is suspected, focussed on areas with gold-in-humus anomalies and/or evidence of high-strain, anomalous gold, or anomalous sulphides in the nearest outcrops.
