4 El Porvenir Project - Location Antioquia The Nevada Of Colombia A Department with a long history of mining. Angel s 100% optioned El Porvenir project comprises km² in the Segovia Belt, with a final stage pending application for 20 Km², contiguous to the south. Past production + known reserves + resources of Segovia Gold Belt amount to ~24Moz Au. The prolific gold-producing Segovia Belt hosts vein deposits, and the Antioquia Batholith hosts vein, vein swarm and stockwork deposits. Three mining operations were recently approved by the Colombian government, all within Antioquia Department. Numerous small operations are widespread throughout Antioquia. 4

6 Exploration Model Targets and Potential Iguanacito Drilling The objective of the planned drilling program is to test the width and gold-silver grade of the trenched breccia zones while tracing the mineralization down-dip from the surface exposure into the deeper stronger IP anomaly with a fence of drill holes. The Iguanacito Prospect occurs on the western margin of a >1km x >1km area of anomalous IP geophysics response indicative of a sizeable underlying mineralization system. Within the >1km x >1km area are specific stronger anomalies reflecting potential mineralized bodies both along and off the Iguanacito Trend. Mineralization occurs in an alteration zone exposed along 1600m of fault contact, open and widening to the south where it intersects with other alteration zones. An intense alteration zone extends for over 1600m in the footwall of a significant flexure of the Nus Fault, an intrusive-sediment contact, and is open to the south where the alteration zone widens and links with other alteration zones.zones are expected to continue to significant depth with anomalies being open below the 200m penetration depth of the IP geophysics Trenching on the faulted contact at Iguanacito has exposed two arms of gold-silver mineralization over a 180m strike distance that is coincident with a m long strong IP geophysical response. The geophysical anomaly below the trenching is much stronger than justified by the mineralization exposed at the surface and suggests the mineralized zones are wider and more strongly mineralized at depth. The mineralization is silver-rich and silver may be leached out in the oxide zone where sampled. Trench and channel sampling grades in the two arms are: 5.35 g/t gold-equivalent over >150m length x 2.85m width 5.37 g/t gold-equivalent over >100m length x 3.83m width 6

7 Exploration Model Targets and Potential Iguanacito Drilling The Iguanacito alteration zone overlies a blind, ~150m deep IP geophysics anomaly suggestive of a second, deeper, body of mineralization haloed by quartz and pyritic stockworking. The Iguanacito Prospect occurs on the western margin of a >1km x >1km area of anomalous IP geophysics response indicative of a sizeable underlying mineralization system. Geophysics suggests the presence of additional, mostly blind, mineralization targets both along the full 1600m strike of the fault flexure and in hanging wall of the Iguanacito mineralized structure. Zones are expected to continue to significant depth with anomalies being open below the 200m penetration depth of the IP geophysics. Proposed drilling on Iguanacito Section 00: Fence of four drill holes of approximately 30, 100, 170 and 240 meter lengths through the two arms of the gold-silver breccia mineralization. The first drill hole is to confirm the dip of the structure and the depth of the oxide zone. 7

8 Exploration Model Targets and Potential Guayabales Drilling This prospect offers potential for a >1 million ounce orebody in the form of multiple bodies of mineralization of 2 to 4 g/t gold-equivalent over tens of meters in thickness and hundreds of meters in strike length.target: A >1000m long 200m wide zone of alteration and geochemical anomalism open at both ends, with coincident geophysical anomalism in deeply weathered and altered intrusive. Target: a large-tonnage sulfide-silica breccia of size and grade suitable for open pit mining or larger-scale underground mining. Goal: to confirm the presence of mineable widths of gold and silver mineralization within a large geophysical anomaly in order to demonstrate that the target offers a potential of 1 Moz gold-equivalent or more. The target area is a >1000m long by 200m wide zone of alteration and gold-silver geochemical anomalies within a deeply weathered multiple phase intrusive stock, coincident with IP geophysical anomalies. Historic shallow drilling testing quartz vein targets encountered a wide zone intense sericite and silica alteration in the southernmost drill-holes, including: a pyrite-silica infilled breccia within intense silicification that returned 9m at 0.76 g/t Au 88.9 g/t Ag from 27.15m depth. A nearby tiny surface exposure of breccia assayed 1.57 g/t Au and 190 g/t Ag in a rock chip sample. The historic drill hole intercept corresponds to a narrow moderate strength IP geophysics anomaly offset from a much wider and stronger IP geophysics anomaly to the southeast underlying a low ridge and a soil anomaly centred on this ridge. The geophysical anomaly is open to both north and south, with the surface geochemistry appearing most promising to the south. 8

10 Exploration Model Targets and Potential Abejero Drilling The goal of drilling the Abejero shear structure is to confirm the down plunge extension of two shoots containing high-grade to locally bonanza grade gold mineralization, identified in historical shallow drilling and artisanal workings. Abejero has the same WNW-ESE strike as the prolific Providencia vein in the neighboring Segovia Mines, with both structures exhibiting the same NNE plunge of the high grade shoots. The high-grade mineralization in the Providencia vein has been traced down-dip for over 1,300m with strike length of the shoots of the order of only around 50 to 100m. Dimensions and average grades of the two Abejero shoots, based on limited information, are g/t Au and g/t Ag over 135m strike and 2.51m thickness 9.81 g/t Au and 3.88 g/t Ag over 120m strike and 1.69m thickness IP geophysical anomalism extending to depth coincides with the position of both pyritic quartz shoots, confirming their mineralisation potential. Each 50m of strike length for each of the two shoots at a conservative average of 1.5m gold would yield a combined 20,700 ounces per 100m of depth down-dip. 10
