Agreement to consolidate Southern Cross landholding (including the Radio Gold Mine) with Southern Cross Goldfields Ltd s ( SXG ) SXG to spend $2.5 million on dewatering and refurbishment of Radio to earn 70% interest SXG proposed 400,000 tpa plant suitable for Radio Renaissance to become a significant shareholder and option holder in SXG. SXG s completing feasibility on development of Marda Gold Project.
