Marginal Series Type (Contact between mafic-ultramafic sequence with the Archean basement). 2. Reef-type (eg. Bushveld Complex & Stillwater Complex), Mineral Resource estimate of the Kaukua and Haukiaho deposits prepared by Watts, Griffis and McOuat ("WGM ) in March

Diabase dyke/sill at varying depths. Usually not mineralized. Signs of hydrothermal alteration Upper marker of marginal series. Sheared and tectonized. Sulphides as fracture fill (pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite). Strong hydrothermal overprint Units of different types of pyroxenites and peridotites. Sulphides as fine dissemination, aggregates and stringers (cpy and po). Occasionally strong hydrothermal overprint MINERALISED HORIZON Homogenous Peridotite. Two sub types, the other magnetite bearing the other sulphide bearing (chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite). Signs of hydrothermal alteration Mixed unit consisted of remnants of marginal series and molten basement material. Sometimes sulphide bearing (mainly chalcopyrite). Occasional sections of Pyroxenite Marker (biotitizated) Granitoidic rocks(granodiorite and granite), granite limited to northern part of the Kaukua deposit. Occasional pyrite grains. No signs of significant hydrothermal events (minor albitization) PROJECT GEOLOGY Stratigraphic Unit Felsic Volcanite Average Thickness +50m? Description Massive felsic volcanite, intercalated with anorthosite dykes Gabbro with. Diabase dyke/sill at varying depths. Usually not mineralized. Signs of Gbb Gabbro m150 hydrothermal alteration. MARGINAL SERIES Pyroxenite Marker Quartz Albite Rock Basement 5 40m 2 5m 5 20m Predominantly Gabbronorite. Sulphides as fine dissemination, aggregates and stringers (chalcopyrite, pentlandite and pyrrhotite). Occasionally strong hydrothermal hd h overprint. MINERALISED HORIZON Foliated pyroxenite. Two sub types, the other magnetite bearing the other sulphide bearing (chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite). Quartz Albite rock. Occasionally mineralised Granitoidic rocks(granodiorite and granite), granite limited to northern part of the Kaukua deposit. Occasional pyrite grains. 10 GEOPHYSICAL STUDIES Comparison of resistivity and the chargeability shows chargeability associated with a relatively low resistivity zone. Elevated chargeability zone striking NW-SE across survey area. Within elevated chargeability zone there are two distinct higher chargeability trends separated by a very high resistivity zone. Bottom and lateral extents of anomalous chargeability marked by higher resistivity (like a basin containing higher chargeabilities). Drilling containing anomalous results in S, Cu, Fe, etc correlate well with the higher chargeability anomaly to the NE. g g y y High chargeability to S not adequately tested by drilling. Recommendations include that:- o drilling be confined to the higher chargeability values o Follow-up survey to be extended to the SE and NW. 10

13 PROJECT MINERALISATION Four principal types of PGE mineralization have been identified within the Western Koillismaa Intrusion, Finland 1. Hanging Wall-type Mineralisation (contact-type), - hosted in strongly foliated Layered Series (Gabbro at Haukiaho; Gabbronorite at tkaukua) ) at the contact of the basal Marginal Series (Gabbronorite at Haukiaho; Pyroxenite at Kaukua). 2. Marginal Series-type Mineralisation (contact-type), >70% of metal deposition at LK. Dominated by gabbronorites (Haukiaho) to pyroxenites (Kaukua), with sulphide assemblages of po-cpy-pent. 3. Reef-type Mineralisation; and, - Reef-type is characterized by gold nuggets; often high gold values. However, only rarely intersected at LK. 13

14 PROJECT MINERALISATION 4. Mixed Zone-type Mineralisation (contact-type). Mixed Zone dominated by xenoliths of granodiorite and quartzo-feldspathic gneisses melted into the pyroxenite of the Marginal Series. Common at Kaukua, uncommon at Haukiaho. Sulphides occur as fine-medium grained cpy-pyo disseminationsi in Basement unit and in cross-cutting gabbroic-pyroxenitic intrusives. PGE mineralisation hosted in bismuthoids and often coincident with moderate to strong correlation with Cu and Ni mineralisation as base metal sulphides. Typical sulphide assemblage is po-cpy-pent. 14

15 METALLURGY Test work conducted by SGS Minerals Inc. on Kaukua core Conventional rougher flotation yielded recoveries of: - >80% PGE + Au, - >93% for Cu, and - >51% for Ni. Low 4% Magnesium Oxide (MgO). Combined Concentrate of 12% Cu, 4% Nickel and 60 g/t PGE+Au. (marketable to up to 7 of the world s 18 major smelters)^ Copper-Nickel separation will produce a 26% copper concentrate + 50g/t Pd-Pt-Au (Most smelters will pay for the PGE.)* PLATSOL process (for higher recoveries of PGE metals) may not be required. 16 MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE WGM recommend Nortec continue exploration to upgrade the quality of the Mineral Resources on the LK Project. Mineral Resources modeled and estimated applying a contained metal value approach to define the lower cut-off. 17 MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE The total contained ounces of palladium, platinum and gold ( PGE+Au ) and total tonnes of copper ( Cu ) and nickel ( Ni ) calculated from the Mineral Resource estimate in Table 1 and 2 is shown below in Tables 3 and 4. 19 OPTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN NORTEC MINERALS CORP. AND FINORE MINING INC. On 24th August 2011, Nortec (TSX.V: NVT) signed an Option & Joint Venture Agreement ( OA ) with Finore Miningi Inc. (CSNX: FIN). Finore has an option to earn up to an 80% interest in the Läntinen Koillismaa ( LK Project ) Project.
