4 Jufl :02PM P001 Crossroad Grid - Chambers Tp Magnetometer Survey Page 3 10 PROPERTY: On June 2, 3 and 4, 2017 a magnetometer survey was carried out on the Crossroad Grid in the southeast corner of Chambers Twp on behalf of Temagami Gold Inc 1 Presley St Cobalt, Ontario POJ 1CO The objective of the work was to map the magnetic features in an area of confluence of east west and crosscutting northeast structure as indicated by a previous Wabana airborne survey Joerg Kleinboeck performed the geophysical surveying, grid establishment and David Laronde authored the report on behalf of the contractor Meegwich Consultants Inc PO Box 482, Temagami, Ontario POH 2H0 A total of 36 km of line was established and surveyed The grid lines were located with a modem GPS unit and stations were flagged at 25 meter intervals 20 PROPERTY: The property is large and extensive in Chambers and Strathy Twp however the work was done on 2 contiguous mining claims situate in the southeast corner of Chambers Twp units units 30 LOCATION AND ACCESS: As the crow flies the property is located 5 km northwest of Temagami and is accessible by ATV from the Sherman Mine near Temagami Mecgwich Consultants Inc PO Box an l'emagaml, Oritnrio POH 2110 Tel (705) Fax (705)

5 Jup :02Pm P008 Crossroad Grid - Chambers Tp Magnetometer Survey Page 4 Sudbury Mining Division NTS: 31M/4 40 MAGNETOMETER SURVEY: 41 Instrumentation: Gem Systems GSM-19 overhauser magnetometers serial no and were used as field unit and base station for the survey These units have an accuracy of +/- 1/100th of a gamma 36 km was surveyed taking 288 readings at 125 meter intervals The base station cycled at 15 second intervals 42 Survey Results and Interpretation: The results are presented in contour format on plans at scale There are two main magnetic responses trending more or less northeast The more northern response is linear and about 20 meters in width with intensities ranging nt above background This dike feature could well be diabase in composition The second response to the south is not as uniform in shape and irregular however a narrow band of high readings about 15 meters wide can be interpreted amongst a few other highs This feature is interesting with its irregular boundaries and varying intensities from 500 to 2500 nt There is a band of small ultramafic intrusive farther west along stratigraphy There could well be a continuance indicated here with these anomalous magnetic highs Mccgwich Consultants 1 nc PO Box an Tcroneaml, Ontario PON 2140 Tcl (705) 50) Fax (705)

6 Juo Pm P009 Crossroad Grid Chambers Tp Magnetometer Survey Page 5 50 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Gold occurrences farther east in Strathy Tp are sometimes associated with a north trending structure The Leckie deposit and Big Dan Mine come to mind The intent of this exercise is to define that a cross-cutting north trending structure exists The survey has partially outlined a northeast and an east west trending structure that more or less converge Any north trending prospective structure would have to be northeast in this case The location of the grid is at a place where east west stratigraphy takes a bend or a fold to the northeast and is also on a parallel branch of the Net Lake Vermillion Lake Deformation zone This zone is seemingly prospective for gold exploration as proven farther northeast along strike For gold exploration the next logical step would be to outline sulphides that are commonly associated with gold mineralization An EM or an IP survey is recommended These surveys would however require chainsaw line cutting The magnetic coverage should be expanded east and north to get a fuller picture of the lay of the geological structure already present MeegwichWaits Inc PO Brox 4112, Temagami, Ontario P Tel (7115) Fax (705)
