2 INTRODUCTION 2 BACKGROUND Regis intends to develop a 7.0 Mtpa open pit gold mine at McPhillamys including the process facility and supporting infrastructure OBJECTIVES Outline the geological characteristics & resource details for McPhillamys; Describe the proposed plans for mining, processing and infrastructure; Provide an update on the environmental impact assessment; Provide an update on the community consultation and the social impact assessment; Discuss current land ownership and tenure; Provide high level description of the Regis exploration plan going forward; and

3 BACKGROUND 3 McPHILLAMYS GOLD PROJECT HISTORY The McPhillamys Project area has been explored using modern day techniques since the 1960 s. Regis Resources Ltd acquired the McPhillamys gold project as part of a NSW land package acquisition from the joint venture partners Newmont Exploration Pty Ltd (51%) and Alkane Resources Ltd (49%) in November The project included three exploration licences (EL7878, EL5760 and EL6111) over two project areas (Figure 1) for a total land holding of 420 km 2. Regis acquired the Blayney Project EL5922 last year and recently had a new lease approved as part of the Molong project, taking the land holding to 973km 2

6 HISTORY 6 The History of Gold Surrounding Kings Plains Gold was found in the Kings Plains area, 8km ENE of Blayney in The Confidence Gold Mine was one of the first mines in the area and began production in 1867 employing up to 500 people. Initially targeting alluvial claims. Between 1882 and 1888 the Confidence Mining Company began mining using shafts and drives and produced some 6,400oz of gold. A number of small mines in the Kings Plains region were again reworked from 1892 to 1910 and produced some 4,800oz of gold. Alluvial working for gold continued and a nugget weighing 195 oz (5.93kg) was found by Ned and Tom Cashen In April 1945 and rightfully named the Victory Nugget.

7 GEOLOGY & TENURE 7 Geological Summary The McPhillamys deposit is located within the Silurian-aged Anson Formation of the Lachlan Fold The deposit lies along one of a series of north-south trending splays/horsetail structures that occur at the inflection of the Godolphin-Copperhania Fault Zone.

10 MINERAL RESOURCE 10 Drilling Summary Infill programme drilled between September 2016 and July holes for 43,690 meters, a 220% increase in lineal meters (was 36,367m) Drillhole density was 50m x 50m, is now 25m spaced lines by 25m and 50m spaced holes

13 COMMUNITY 13 Social Impact Extensive consultation has been completed within the local community (4-5km radius) and with local councils and community groups. Approximately 130 landholder have been contacted either face to face or through letter drops for the McPhillamys project. This does not include the pipeline project. Feedback to date is encouraging with the main issues of concern being: Noise Dust Traffic Impact on water Seismicity Economic Impact Economic impact yet to commence and will utilise data from PFS update Voluntary Planning Agreements (VPA s) with the local Council/s to be negotiated, although discussions have commenced

14 ENVIRONMENT 14 Baseline Studies The following studies have had their fieldwork completed and are awaiting final infrastructure layout for modelling Air Quality Visual Amenity Noise Hydrogeology Ecology Heritage Traffic Soil - including Biodiversity Strategic Agricultural Land (BSAL) Issues of Note No fatal flaws identified in any of the studies to date Endangered Ecological Communities and / or threatened species of flora and fauna under the EPBC Act have been identified in the project area and so this assessment will be referred to the Federal Government for review and direction No BSAL soil has been identified in areas required for infrastructure

15 APPROVALS & DEVELOPMENT 15 Target Timeline Submit Final Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) document in June 2018 quarter Receive Secretary s Environmental Assessment requirements (SEARs) from Department of Planning & Environment (DPE) Submit draft EIS in September 2018 quarter for public exhibition Receive decision in first half of 2019 Commence construction in first half of 2019 Commence operations in 2020
