7 Surprise Lake Project The Surprise Lake project is located 18 kilometers east of the town of Atlin in northwestern British Columbia Large parts of the property are situated within the drainage basins of several prolific gold placer streams such as Otter Creek, Pine Creek and Spruce Creek which are actively being mined. Based on the discovery of visible gold in bed rock beneath Otter Creek, it is likely that some of the placer gold originated from the bed rock on the Surprise Lake property The property is defined by 4 contiguous project areas known as: Birch, Surprise Lake, Otter Creek and Idaho Peak. 8 Surprise Lake Project New Discovery in 2016 The Surprise Lake Property covers two documented mineral occurrences on file with the British Columbia Geological Survey (Surprise and Cabin Silver), In July, 2016 visible gold was discovered in the bedrock along Otter Creek Visible Gold! Additional channel sampling near the discovery produced assay values as high as 42.1 g/t Au. The gold is hosted by quartz vein stockwork and variably pyritic pale green and graphitic phyllite wall rock, proximal to the northerly trending Otter Creek Fault. Visible gold found during bedrock sampling along Otter Creek Studies of this bedrock are currently underway by the BC Geological Survey to determine the age, petrology and geochemical associations. The extent of this mineralization is the primary focus of the current property exploration. 9 Surprise Lake Project New Discovery, New Theory In the past, conventional wisdom suggested that the source of the Atlin placer gold would be found in quartz veins hosted in listwanite Extensive exploration for this type of mineralization has taken place over the last century with little success The 2016 DeCoors discovery of visible gold in bedrock beneath the Otter Creek placer pit in black, pyritiferous phyllite with abundant quartz veins has led to a staking frenzy in the area around the Surprise Lake Property Gray Rock is also encouraged that most of the placer gold found in Otter greek is course, which means it is from a local source A sample from Otter Creek illustrating gold hosted in black phylitte with quartz veins 9

13 Surprise Lake Project Work Plan A two-phase exploration program for the property was recommended in a 2016 independent NI technical report: Phase 1 Property-wide reconnaissance exploration including data compilation and GIS, aerial drone survey, soil geochemistry, geophysical surveys, trenching and mapping to identify drill targets. A second hole had a 10 ft intercept of 2.82 Oz/t Ag & 2.65% Zn.* *results are historic in nature, have not ben verified by the company and pre-date NI

16 Project Pipeline Southern, BC Silver Stream The Silver Stream property is located in south-central BC roughly 25 Km from the historic Bralorne Mine Preliminary exploration programs have identified 2 distinct anomalies along 1 km long trend Trenching on the South-east anomaly discovered a series of parallel gold bearing shears, returning results as high as 0.479oz/t (15.4 g/t) gold, indicating a similar to the structure and grade as those found at Bralorne The Silver Stream property is also subject to an option agreement with an active jade mining company Permits received in January
