5 National level documents aims NSRD Sustainable and balanced regional development based on the local potential and resources and economic, social and territorial cohesion of the regions NCSD Spatial coordination of the processes, taking place at the national territory through creation of spatial planning base and regulations for implementing not only the regional, but also the single socioeconomic sectorial planning at national level in the context of the European spatial development for achieving a complex integrated planning.
