1 Geography 7 Final Exam Review Guide (Eppler) Name Hour EXAM SPECIFICS There are five types of questions on this exam 1. Multiple choice (41) 2. Maps (5) 3. Short reading passages (5) 4. Tables / Graphs / Charts (5) 5. Timelines (3) Total number of questions Time limit is approximately 70 minutes This exam is listed as a separate grade on your report card. Your exam score is averaged as 10% of your overall semester grade PREPARATION There are many strategies that you can use to prepare for this exam. Rereading Units 4 and 5 (material covered) is not a good strategy. Instead, try focusing on three basic techniques related to this study guide: 1. What do I know? 2. What do I need to find out? 3. How familiar am I with the tier 2 vocabulary terms? Looking up information and taking classroom notes will help your preparation greatly. An average student will need to dedicate 2 3 hours in order to properly prepare for this exam. Do not panic! You have five days to get ready.
