At 2 mm NCl onntrtion, ultivr Cokr 312 show 62.8% n 61.4% whil Simin 3 xhiit 69.3% n 75.1% rution in PFW n PDW, rsptivly, in omprison with ontrol (Fig. 5A-B). Cokr 312 xhiit signifintly highr hlorophyll ontnts thn Simin 3 t 1 n 15 mm NCl. In oth ultivrs, rovry ssy h no signifint influn on hlorophyll ontnts.
