The variant of activation hydrolytic lignin by chlorination by chloric water is offered at temperature Activated thus lignin together with chloroorganic waste enter into condensation with polysulfides of sodium therefore receive a product showing properties of the modifier of bitumen. Use of the received modifier of bitumen allows to expand a raw-material base for road construction. Keywords: hydrolytic lignin, polychloroaliphatic production wastes epichlorohydrin, polycondensation, polysulfides of sodium. * Corresponding author.
