6 What s SPM? Superparamagnetic nanoparticles are Nanomagnetic particles which include the property of superparamagnetism : a type of magnetism that occurs in small ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic nanoparticles. SPM is composed of para-magnetic nanoparticles that are coated with various Its superior properties attributed to high magnetization, stability to water with minimize aggregation, mono-dispersed size. They allow accept cross linked molecules such as nucleic acids, proteins, antibodies and fluorescent proteins from cell lysates. Product Benefits Uniformly dispersed Particle High magnetization Value High concentrated functional group coating Cost competitive, qualify ensured Easy and efficient separation of Biomolecule

7 PRINCIPLE PRODUCT TYPE Product Characteristics Properties & Benefits Application SPM Non-coated surface Particle size : 200nm~3um Magnetization : ~80emu/g Uniform particle size High magnetization value High dispersion Coated with various ligands, and quickly and easily remove the material SPM-OH Surface hydroxyl groups Particle size : 200nm ~ 3um Negative surface charge at ph 7.0 Fast procedure High reproducibility Isolation and purification of nucleic acids from biological samples SPM-NH2 SPM-COOH Surface amine groups Particle size : 200nm ~ 3um Pasitive surface charge at ph 7.0 Surface carboxyl groups Particle size : 200nm ~ 3um Negative surface charge at ph 7.0 Direct covalent binding through reductive aminated aldehydes Rapid binding at neutral to High ph and room temperature Amide bond formation with primary amine Immediate peptide bond formation at ph 5~6 and room temperature Isolation of cell, protein, or other target molecules Immobilization of labeled protein and peptides in vitro diagnosis
