1 MAKEUP EXAMINATIONS, JUNE Make up examinations are scheduled to be conducted from to Make up examinations are conducted centrally for all B. Tech Students. 3. Make up examinations for M. Tech and other PG students are conducted by the Departments and the candidates are to contact the respective Heads of Departments for schedule with intimation to Faculty in-charge, Examinations. 4. Eligibility: a. In order to appear for the make-up examination, student should have studied the course and obtained minimum required attendance at least once so far. b. Students having R grade in any subject in all the registrations so far are not eligible to appear for the make-up examination in that subject. c. All the students who have obtained F grade in any subject either in the present or previous semesters are eligible to appear for the examination in that subject. d. Students who have obtained F grade earlier but have obtained R grade in any subject in subsequent registrations are also eligible to appear for the make-up examinations in that subject. 5. Fee for the make-up examination is Rs. 600 per subject (including laboratory course) for B. Tech students and Rs per subject for M. Tech and other PG students. 6. Separate Challans are to made for each subject, if any student is appearing for more than one subject in the make-up examination 7. Fee is to be paid in the form Challan at State Bank of Hyderabad, NIT branch into the Director Account (Account No ). Fee once paid shall not be refunded. 8. Students have to obtain the challan at least one day before the examination and produce it to the faculty in-charge examinations. If any student reports on the day of examination, he / she will not be permitted to appear for the examination. 9. Students after obtaining the challan, have to clearly write their name, roll number and the name of the subject on the challan and get the signature of the Faculty in-charge, examinations. 10. Challan with above information and signed by Faculty in-charge, Examinations and the Identity card issued by the Institute must be produced to the Invigilator at the time of examination. Students will not be permitted to appear for the examination without these documents. 11. Students, who have missed the end semester examination (with permission of the Dean Academic) due to medical reasons, are eligible to appear for the make-up examination. These students need not pay the fee for the make-up examinations. 12. Time table for the make-up examinations is given below. Dean, Academic
