1 Dr. Anandamay Barik Assistant Professor Department of Zoology The University of Burdwan a) Brief personal introduction (including passport size photograph, if available): I started my research at the Dept. of Zoology in 2000 after completing M. Sc. with a first class degree and qualifying the NET-JRF (CSIR). I concentrated my research on phytochemical/ chemical aspects of ecology since 2000, and consequently, obtained his Ph. D. degree on a dissertation entitled Biochemical interactions between the plant, Ludwigia sp L. and its insect herbivore Altica cyanea (Weber) (Coleptera: Chrysomelidae) in January During my doctoral works as well as during the course of research other than doctoral works at Raiganj College and Durgapur Govt. College, I published papers on phytochemicals and behavioural ecology in peer-reviewed international and national journals.
