The distribution of species and subspecies are mentioned. Also, new faunal are added. INTRODUCTION Moths of the Cuculliinae are well attracted to light trap. Most of species are rare, univoltine, flying only once a year in early spring. The majority of the Cuculliinae species inhabit xerophilous steppes, xero-mountain and/or eremic areas (RONKAY & RONKAY, 1994, 1995). Until now, 26 species and subspecies of subfamily Cucullinae are illustrated and reported. This paper contains 17 and 9 species or subspecies belongs to genus Cucullia Schrank, 1802 and Shargacucullia G. Ronkay et. L. Ronkay, 1992, Respectively. MATERIAL AND METHOD Moths' specimens were collected using both portable light traps and permanent light traps in different provinces of Iran, mainly in South and Southeast the country. The specimens for investigation transfer to laboratory then the genitalia extracted then male and female genitalia were mounted using Canadabalzam, Enthelan and Uparal. The specimens were imaged by the camera Canon, the next step the genitalia of those by binocular XS were identified.
