1 Celestics I : Boundaries 1 Celestics Inventory I Constellational Boundaries - Compiled February 2014 by JLL - Correct Zodiacal boundaries are a huge issue in Celestics. Tracing your eyes around the Rimsite and comparing the graphics to the interior calibrated dial, you can more or less determine the extent (along the earthplane) of each constellation. Below is a tabulation to be used with the coastlining guide: CONSTELLATION EPL / SIGNFRAME COASTLINING : EARTH TRANSIT = extent......earth transit period EXPLANATION: Read across left to right from the constellation to the calibrations on the ecliptic (EPL) and their equivalents in the signframe. Below you find the extent of the composite and the corresponding days when the earth is in transit (coastlining). DETAILS: In this inventory, four constellations are underlined to highlight the minor extent they occupy along the earthplane, from 20 to 25 degrees. Interestingly, these four diminutive constellations are situated at right angles. Three other constellations, marked by *, are even smaller in extent, in the range between 13 and 18 degrees measured on the earthplane. Observing these variations as you go through this inventory will help you detect them when you are actually looking at the sky. Some transitional zones are particularly ambiguous. The irregularity of the real-sky Zodiacal composites is striking and engages your attention over and over again when you scan the arch of the earthplane. Some extra-ecliptic constellations are also noted due to their interactivity with the ecliptic figures. With repeated observation, as you concentrate on visually detecting these boundaries, you will appreciate the difficulty of establishing precise transitions between constellations. The real sky Zodiac is fluid, sprawling, and irregular, which makes it endlessly interesting -- and challenging -- to observe. The boundaries presented here are my best estimates, developed over many years of observation. They are not however absolute, and slight variants on the boundaries are acceptable. Still, I would say you can confidently use the parameters indicated here for conversion to Star Base, sighting your manifold in the constellations. - jll, February 2014

2 Celestics I : Boundaries 2 INVENTORY I : Boundaries Begin at the nine o'clock position on the Rimsite and scan counterclockwise, following the natural sequence of the Zodiac (RAM, BULL, TWINS, etc). Note that the signature (the massive splayed V) of the leaping Whale (Fish) points to M 31, the Andromeda galaxy. From that constellation, the transition to the RAM is fairly distinct, illustrating a rare instance when the observable boundary is easy to see. M EPL / 29 Aries Oct 22 : earth in 29 Libra Alignment to Andromeda Galaxy, above EPL (north): the Whale or Fish leaping upward directs the eye to M 31, situated far to the north of the earthplane Note: The precise degree of this alignment is 29 EPL equivalent to 29 degrees of the sign Aries. Aries runs from 1 to 30, Taurus from 31-60, Gemini from 91 to 120 and so on. There is no "zero degree" of any sign. Note also: The WHALES are interactive with Andromeda above, but also with CETUS below. The cord joining the Whales forms a V that points downward toward the sprawling figure of CETUS, the Ahrimanic monster. Precisely, the V points to the star Mira on the chest of the monster (thymus). The head of CETUS lies below the composite of the RAM but all versions of the Rimsite until present have not included that feature. It is by no means an easy task to adapt the panorama of the thirteen Zodiacal constellations to the circular format, and keep the star positions accurately matched to calibrations on the circular ruler, but fitting the satanic head of CETUS into the illustration would be possible, and perhaps desirable, in future versions. RAM EPL / 1-23 Taurus extent 23 degrees - earth transits this region Oct 24 - Nov 15 Note: The composite of the RAM lies entirely above the earthplane. As noted above, this constellation is interactive with the massive figure of CETUS. In particular, the "satanic head" (pentagonal formation) of CETUS lies just below the detached figure of the RAM. BULL /24 Taurus - 28 Gemini extent 35 degrees - earth coastlining here 16 Nov - 20 Dec Bull-Twins gap 89 EPL... / 29 Gemini... Dec Note the slight gap to the TWINS, spanning the Milky Way

3 Celestics I : Boundaries 3 TWINS EPL / 1-26 Cancer extent 26 degrees - earth coastlining here Dec 22 - Jan 16 Note: The head stars, traditionally noted by sailors, are Castor, the 21 Cancer, and Pollux, the 24 Cancer. These two stars form the upper prong of the Celestial Anchor. The tip of the Anchor, marked by the star 27 Cancer, is an important detail of extra-ecliptic alignment. Procyon, in the constellation of Canis Minor or the Lesser Dog, lies below the earthplane, beyond the immediate zone of the ecliptic constellations. When the lunar apogee reaches the degree of Procyon, passing between the head stars of the TWINS, Sophia's Reset is complete and Correction begins. Date: March On June 30, 2014, jupiter also reaches this degree, marking the moment when the Terma of Gaia Awakening comes to initial fruition in the collective mindset of humanity. Note: The ambiguous zone, c , between TWINS and CRAB, makes it extremely difficult to determine the transition between these composites. CRAB EPL / 29 Cancer - 17 Leo extent 18 degrees - earth coastlining here Jan 19 - Feb 6 Note: Upon entering Correction, the CRAB comes to be pictured as the first transfigured constellation: the Chambered Nautilus. LION EPL / 18 Leo - 23 Virgo extent 35 degrees - earth coastlining here Feb 7 - Mar 13 Note: The extent of the composite of the LION can be visually identified by two prominent stars, Regulus, the heart 1 Virgo, and Denebola, the tail star at 22 Virgo. VIRGIN EPL / 22 Virgo - 8 Scorpio extent 44 degrees - earth coastlining here Mar 14 - April 28 Note: There is a striking and exact extra-ecliptic alignment between Spica or Spora, marking the sheaf of wheat in the left hand of the 25 Libra, and Arcturus or Silex, the blade in the hands of the warrior Braveheart, 25 Libra but located far north of the earthplane. Amateur skywatchers locate Arcturus by following the curving line of the handle of the Big Dipper. It is distinctly white and piercing. Dropping your gaze downward from that star, you can easily locate Spica/Spora. The line traced by your eyes when it connect these stars visually represents their alignment,

4 Celestics I : Boundaries 4 their coordination on the same line of ecliptic longitude. Note: VIRGIN - SCALES gap at EPL / 9-16 Scorpio - earth coastlining here April 29 - May 6. This is the "slide", an ambiguous area between knees of the VIRGIN and the right pan of the SCALES. SCALES SCORPION* EPL/ Scorpio extent 22 degrees - earth coastlining here May 7 - May EPL / 1-13 Sagittarius extent 13 degrees - earth coastlining here May 22 - June 3 SNAKETAMER* EPL / Sagittarius extent 16 degrees - earth coastlining here June 4 - June 21 Note: Both the SCORPION and the SNAKEAMER are dramatically "outbounding": that is, they extend beyond the immediate zone of the earthplane, about eight degrees above and below the ecliptic rim. The Snaketamer looms high above the earthplane. The SCORPION seems to emerge from the region of the Milky Way. The star 25 Sagittarius marks the stinger. Just below 27 Sagittarius, lies the line of sight to the galactic center (GC). In the Rimsite, The FISHES stand on the left at the nine o'clock position, as noted, and the leaping FISH points to Andromeda, a point of cosmic orientation. In the same structure, the SNAKETAMER stands top and center, and the galactic center (small black triangle) is centrally and focally situated in the overall format. Thus the Rimsight is intentionally designed to bring your attention to the cosmic or galactic setting of the thirteen Ecliptic constellations. Considered by itself, the Zodiac of thirteen constellations has no formal starting point. The sequence does not begin at any particular constellation. But the Kalpa of 25,920 years "turns over" at the midnight hour on the star clock. This moment happens when the point of the winter solstice aligns to the galactic center. The line indicating the winter solstice (Sagittarius/Capricorn division) is vertical and above on the Rimsite. It touches the stinger of the SCORPION, the trip of the ARCHER's arrow, and runs along the right leg of the SNAKETAMER. Although the galactic center lies far away from the ecliptic constellations we can observe -- estimated distance about 25,000 light years -- the line of sight in that direction presents a cosmic factor by which the overall structure of the Zodiac can be determined. In other words, the GC located outside the circle of the thirteen constellations provides the key point of organization within the real-sky Zodiac. The structure of the Zodiac has to be

5 Celestics I : Boundaries 5 determined by a point outside it. Percessional timing operates at the rate of one degree every 72 years. The alignment of the winter solstice to the GC is now in 2014 just under three degrees from exact. As the carousel of the earthplane rotates, left to right, in 3 X 72 years, it will be exact: around 2216 CE. At that moment one Aeonic day is completed and another begins. That shift is called the turn of the Kalpa. It also marks the end of Kali Yuga which began in 3012 BC. Following the routine of Aeonic timing, the experiment with Anthropos-10 would be reset in 2216, at the end of the Kalpa. But due to the material immanence of the Aeon Sophia within the experiment, she corrects the experiment by resetting it about 200 years earlier -- equivalent to 11 minutes of Aeonic time. To succeed, Correction requires a measure of human participation through coordination of heart and mind with designs and purposes of the Wisdom Goddess. ARCHER* EPL / 1-16 Capricorn extent 18 degrees - earth coastlining here June 22 - July 8 Note: The composite of this constellation is chaotic, obscured in the dense star population of the Milky Way. Its signature is often compared to a teapot. The visualization is designed to show the ARCHER sighting on the star in the lower torso of the SCORPION, not the heart star, ANTARES. empty space EPL / Capricorn extent 13 degrees - earth coastlining here July 9 - July 23 Note: This is the largest section of Zodiac without notable stars. The constellation Aquila (Dakini with five ornaments), which may be considered the domain of VV in the constellations, is visually strong above, straddling the region that overlooks both ARCHER and GOATFISH. DAKINI looks down on the GOATFISH which in turn gazes into the empty space. GOATFISH MANITOU* EPL / 1-25 Aquarius extent 25 degrees -earth coastlining here July 24 - August EPL / 26 Aquarius - 18 Pisces extent 22 degrees - earth coastlining here August 20 - Sept 11 Note: This composite is dim and wambly, without distinctive shape. It may be merged with the square of Pegasus above, giving the MANITOU a head. The boundary with

6 Celestics I : Boundaries 6 the FISHES is hugely controversial due to its role in determining the timing of the "Aquarian Age." There are about 80 different estimates for "the dawning of the Age of Aquarius." Observation reveals that the composite stars of the westwardswimming WHALE extend over the "urn" held by the MANITOU, making it impossible to determine a distinct boundary between the two constellations. Years ago, I solved this problem by representing the WHALE swimming into currents that flow from the urn. The interactivity of WHALES and MANITOU is deeply intriguing. WHALES or FISHES EPL / 19 Pisces - 29 Aries extent 40 degrees - earth coastlining Sept 12 - Oct 23 Note: Currently the spring equinox or vernal point (VP) stands beneath the tailfin of the western WHALE. The VP is the hour hand of the cosmic clock. So, we are currently living in the Age of the Fishes, the Piscean Age. This Age began when the VP was wound back about 28 degrees, when it shifted from the RAM into the FISHES: around 120 BCE. Due to the large extent of the FISHES, the length of the Piscean Age is 40 degrees X 72 years, or 2880 years. If you don't get how precession works on the star clock, don't worry. Further understanding comes later in Celestics studies. Final note: For visual aids, you can use skywatching catalogues or stellarium.org or other IT applications that show the night sky. Just don't rely on these devices without doing as much on-site observation as you can manage, given your location and weather conditions etc. Completion of Celestics Inventory I : Boundaries (CT 16 - February 12, 2014)
