5 TERMS & CONDITIONS The terms and condition of the tenders are prescribed below for adherence by the tender. 1. E-tender is invited for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of RO water purifier for Pradhan Gram Panchayat Madhupur. 2. The tenderer shall download the tender documents from the web site and participate in the tender by paying necessary Service Fee. 3. Instruction for submission of online tender through eproc.andaman.gov.in/ :- a) Bids are required to be submitted online through the website eproc.andaman.gov.in/. b) Before submission of tender, tenderes are advised to go through the help manual available in the home page of website eproc.andaman.gov.in/. c) In case of any assistance the tenderers may call the help line numbers The helpline numbers are also available in home page of website eproc.andaman.gov.in/. 4. The tender received after the due date and time as stipulated above will not be considered and summarily rejected. 5. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for an amount of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in the form as per Call Deposit, Demand Draft, Bankers Cheque from any Nationalized Bank pledged in favour of the Pradhan, Gram panchayat, Madhupur should be submitted along with the tender documents, failing which the tender shall summarily be rejected. The EMD of all the bidders shall be released on finalization of the tender/acceptance of the rate except the EMD of the accepted lowest bidders. 6. Every pages of the tender documents must be signed by the authorized signatory of the tenderer under his seal. 7. Failure to submit original EMD and hard copy of necessary documents of tender within the stipulated time shall result in rejection of the tender. 8. Copy of PAN Card, Registration certificate, of the firm, GST Reg. certificate and authorized dealership certificate, may be enclosed with the tender documents. 9. The accepted rate shall be valid up to one year from the date of acceptance and no escalation on the accepted rate shall be allowed. 10. The material as per accepted/approved brand and specification and as per the supply order as and when placed will have to be supplied with immediate effect on receipt of the supply order. In case the supplier fails to supply the materials within 30 days, the Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) will liable to be forfeited to the Govt Account.

6 11. Warranty: 12 months from the date of supply. 12. The material supplied should be of standard quality. The material supplied, if found, to be sub-standard, the material should be taken back at cost, risk and responsibility of the supplier. If the supplier fails to supply the material within the time mentioned in the supply order, it will be at the discretion of the undersigned to purchase the material from any other source without giving any notice to the approved supplier and the loss, if any, sustained by the undersigned due to such purchase shall have to be made good by the accepted bidder and such amount shall be adjusted from the claims of the supplier(s). 13. The rate quoted should be inclusive of GST and all charges including logistic arrangements should be made by the concurrence of agency for delivery of the items to the Office of the Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Madhupur. 14. There shall be no over-writing in the tender document and other papers submitted. All the additions, alterations, deletions and cuttings should be initialled with rubber stamp (or seal) by the same person, who signs the tender document. Correction fluid should not be used for correction. 15. The Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Madhupur reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders or part of the tender without assigning any reason thereof. 16.
